Booking and payment

• Bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit; the balance is due before check-in.
• We accept card payments via a secure payment link, bank transfer and SINPE Móvil. Prices are in Costa Rican colones; USD amounts are approximate.
• The price covers the entire compound for the stated group and includes the final cleaning fee: it is not charged separately.

Cancellations and changes

• Full refund of the deposit if you cancel at least 7 days before arrival.
• Within 7 days you may reschedule at no cost, subject to availability.

Your stay

• Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 11:00 am.
• Maximum occupancy: 6 overnight guests.
• Gatherings and celebrations are welcome in moderation; music at a moderate volume until 10:00 pm.
• Daytime visitors are welcome with prior notice; only guests included in the booking may stay overnight.
• No smoking inside the homes. Pets only with prior approval.
• Children must be supervised by an adult in the pool at all times. Pool use is at guests' own risk.
• Damage to the property or furnishings will be covered by the booking holder.
